- Verification: For Tutors: ID documents, certifications/qualifications, academic history, background info; for Parents: identity or relationship confirmation (where required).
- Booking & Usage: Session requests, schedules, locations for in-person lessons, lesson notes, feedback, ratings, dispute info.
- Support: Messages, attachments, and other communications with our team.
- Payments: Billing address and transaction references (processed via payment providers; see Payments).
B. Data Collected Automatically
- Log Data: IP address, device IDs, operating system, app version, timestamps, crash logs.
- Usage & Analytics: Pages/screens viewed, features used, referral source, clickstream, session duration.
- Location: Approximate or precise location if you allow location permissions for features like nearby tutor matching or in-person session logistics.
C. Data from Third Parties
- Identity/verification vendors (e.g., KYC/ID checks), background screening services (where legally permitted).
- Payment processors for fraud prevention and payment status.
- Communication & analytics providers for messaging, push notifications, app analytics, and crash reporting.

- Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including matching Parents/Learners with Tutors and managing bookings.
